The Company
Likvor AB was established by Uminova Invest AB at the beginning
of 2007. In December 2007, Uminova Invest AB sold part of the
company to LinkMed AB. At the same time, Likvor AB carried out a
new issue of shares which were subscribed to by Uminova Invest AB
and LinkMed AB.
Likvor has finalized its first product LIKVOR CELDA®,
which was available to the market in 2009. Discussions are
currently held with several potential partners for collaboration
regarding distribution and sales in the European community.

Board of directors and management
The board of directors currently consists of Chairman Jan
Olsson, Okee Williams and Agneta Edberg representing the owners
Uminova Invest AB (www.uminovainvest.se) and
LinkMed AB (www.linkmed.se). In
addition to the board of directors Likvor is managed by
CEO - Ph.D Kjell Öberg
